Club members gathered late Saturday afternoon for a dinner drive to Whytewold Emporium. We had 12 cars with 24 members attending! We enjoyed a scenic drive meandering along the river towards the Interlake. It was a hot and steamy day so while we were gathering at the staging location everyone was looking for every bit of shade that could be found! We all happily got into vehicles with air conditioning and made our way to dinner! Whytewold Emporium was very welcoming and had reserved parking in the front of the restaurant for our group. The restaurant was hopping and we had a separate room set aside for our group. About half attending had pre-ordered bbq and it was phenonal. The rest of the group ordered off the menu. The service was great and following dinner a number of cars did the return drive back to Lockport and stopped at Skinner’s for an ice cream! All in all another successful event! We had two cars with new members on their inaugural drives and hope to see them at future events.
