Observer Report

Click on the link above which will take you to this login field and enter your PCA email and password.

Click Member Name

Once logged in you will see WELCOME with your name.  Click on your name.

Member dashboard and scroll down to select Observer Report

When you click on your name, it will take you to the members dashboard. Scroll down and click on Observer Report. Please complete the Report and submit.
