We finally have details for the holiday gala

Time  Cocktails and Hors D’oeuvres at 6:00

Menu: 

Hors D’oeuvres :

• * Vietnamese vegetable summer role
• * Chicken Satay with buffalo and blue cheese sauce
• * Bacon wrapped Scallops
• * Crudite with creamy chive dip
• * Assorted breads and rolls
• * Potato and leek soup
• * Baby lettuce salad with sundried cranberries, shaved carrot, crumbled goat cheese, candied pecans and a creamy chive dressing

Mains  (Choose One)

• * Cedar Plank roasted Salmon with a Saffron chive cream sauce, served with garlic chive whipped potatoes and chefs medley of seasonal vegetables 
• * Broccoli and smoked cheddar stuffed chicken with a rosemary shallot jus, served with garlic whipped potatoes and chefs medley of seasonal vegetables
• * Beef tenderloin filet with wild and tame mushroom jus served with garlic chive whipped potatoes and chefs medley of seasonal vegetables
• * Grilled vegetables and artichoke heart gluten free pasta with a roasted garlic and tomato sauce topped with paderno parmesan cheese

Desert:

Lemon raspberry tart   or  Sacripantina (both gluten free)

We have hired an outstanding band to provide dance music following dinner,  The musicians in this group are outstanding and will be playing 60’s and 70’s rock and roll.  I know a couple of the musicians and they are absolutely the best..

The cost of tickets for the evening are $100 per person, This includes the Hors d’oeuvres four course plated dinner and live music to follow.  We have done everything to bring you a first class event at a reasonable cost.
