Draft Holiday Banquet 2023

This year’s Holiday Banquet will be at the Gates in the Ballroom and the theme this year is “ Back to the Sixties “

Theme: Back to the Sixties.

If you haven’t already. Mark your Calendar for Dec 8, 2023, from 6 Pm until 11:30 PM for the Red River Regions annual Holiday Party. This year the theme is ” Back to the 60’s ” and is being held at The Gates on Roblin in the ballroom. This year also , for the first time , we are having a live band ” Free Ride “ that will entertain us first with legendary rock and roll played as Harry and the Armpits,  

followed after the break with music from the British Invasion as The Beatles. I expect the dance floor will get a good workout.

The invitations are currently being prepared and this year will be sent electronically and your response card with meal selections and payment will be handled by electronic transfer and will be sent out near the end of October. The cost for this years party is $100 per person . Its also important to note that guests are welcome and can be included with your response. Hors D’oeuvres will be served at 6 PM followed by dinner at 7 PM and of course there is a cash bar.

With the theme Back to the 60’s there will be prizes for the best male and female period costumes but you can , if you prefer , come in smart casual dress or as elegant as you wish. Parking is be right outside the Ballroom at the rear of the property.

With 2024 being the Red River Regions Twenty-Fifth anniversary in PCA this party will also serve as the Kick-off for next years events and activities.
