On Sunday September 8th The Red River Region held our Concours event as part of our 20 th anniversary celebrations belonging to PCA , Porsche Club of America. We traditionally hold a Concours every second year and this one coincided with our anniversary. This was our best attended event with 50 cars registered. 15 club members in 7 cars joined our Drive and Dinner on August 17.The group met at Tim Hortons 1795 Brookside Blvd. (east side of route 90 just south of Inkster) It’s hard to get a scenic drive in this part of the country but we found a route that was new for most of us. RIVER RIDGE RETIREMENT (ALL SENIORS CARE) hosted the Red River Region Porsche Club of America at the third annual Porsches in the Parking Lot Show and Shine on Wednesday, July 24 in their parking lot between their two facilities. On June 17, 2018, Porsche Cars Canada (Toronto) delivered a glass plaque to Red River Region PCA in recognition of our club’s 20th anniversary. The plaque states: Porsche Cars Canada congratulates PCA Red River Region on 20 years 2019 President Gord Favelle and Vice President Dennis Duncan presented the plaque to our club members at the July 3, 2019 General Membership meeting at the Gates on Roblin.
